The maximum output power is 1.38KW, which can effectively repair small dents on the body and door surfaces. The induction heater features adjustable buttons, allowing you to select the appropriate power level using the up and down buttons to repair dents of varying depths more accurately. It saves you a lot of time during the repair process.
No need for additional and extra material, the Induction Dent Removal System will remove a variety of soft and small dents easily by flameless heating the panel behind the paint from the outside of the panel, relieving the stress holding the dent and lifting the dent through induction thermal expansion, especially in hard-to-reach areas, or areas difficult to get behind.
All the equipment is put in a carrying case, which is very convenient to carry.
Notes:
Unsuitable areas of use: sharp dents, damaged and rebuilt body areas, wrinkled/creased areas, or dents along creased metal bodywork.
Can only be used on iron/steel bodies, not aluminum.
How to Use:
1. Move the heating head around the dent and check the changes. gradually move into the dent center.
2. Press the button at each heating spot for1-2 times. After the previous processes are complete, the dent will be reduced to less than the heating head. Place the heating head above the dent and heat again, but use less power or a shorter heating time.
3 .Put the heating head near the dent and heat again several times.
